Admin's short biography:

prince Pratap Sinha Raje Bhosle alias Rana son of Serfoji Rajah Bhosle (elder son of Tulajendra Rajah Bhosle) of Sadar Mahal Palace born on 19TH November 1993. He is presently studying B.Tech in Chennai. He is like his grandfather and father, has interest in doing research on Thanjavur Maratha dynasty and also to collect rare antiques like coins, photographs etc. He has flair knowledge of history of Marathas of Thanjavur. Recently he has completed a course on Conservation of Museum at Egmore Museum, Chennai and a short term course on marathi and Modi Script at Thanjavur Maharajah Serfoji’s Saraswathi Mahal Library, Thanjavur. He is enthusiastic in learning new things. Further, in Chennai he is a volunteer for many Organizations (N.G.O's) and also attended many workshops and events and won certificates for his best performances. He created a facebook page and blogger to bring awareness to the antiques and heritage monuments in and around Thanjavur. The youths are getting connected and things reach quickly, he contributes his collections of old rare photographs of Tanjavur and the Maratha rulers of Thanjavur to help the young lovers of history who have intension to know about Thanjavur kingdom. He also takes efforts to improve, develop and also to give publicity to the richness of his Museum and his Town. he had also written a book on contributions of thanjavur maratha kings and given it to saraswati mahal library to publish which was developed by his ansestors.
