BOOK WRITTEN BY PRINCE PRATAP SINH RAJEBHOSLE "CONTRIBUTIONS OF THANJAVUR MARATHA KINGS-1st Edition" WAS LAUNCHED IN PUNE AT RAMDASI SAHITYA SAMELAN 2015" ON 10th may 2015. SWAMI GOVINDADEV GIRI JI MAHARAJAH, A REPUTED EXPOSITOR OF SHRIMAD BHAGAVATAM, RAMAYAN, MAHABHARAT, YOGAVASISHTH, DNYANESHWARI ETC THROUGH HINDI, GUJARATI, MARATHI AND ENGLISH, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT OF MAHARSHI VEDAVYAS PRATISHTHAN (ESTD.1990), GEETA PARIWAR (ESTD.1986), SANT SHRI DNYANESHWAR GURUKUL (ESTD.2000) WAS ALSO ONE AMONG THIS GRAND EVENT. BALKANDAM OF VALKHIMAKI RAMAYAN WAS ALSO LAUNCHED IN THIS EVENT.

Walmiki Ramayana has total 7 kandas, but no copy of Ramayana in India had all 7 kandas written together. Samarth Ramdas came to know about this and he decided to write all seven kandas in one copy. He started writing Walmiki Ramayana at the age of 14 and wrote all kandas! the original copy of this Ramayana is placed and preserved in Samarth Wagdevata mandir Dhule.
This institute has pubished the first kanda that is balakanda recently in 1st Ramdasi Sahitya sammelan held in Pune. very soon in 4 years, all the 7 kandas will be published.

"Contributions of Thanjavur Maratha kings-1st Edition" book been released. You can see the Author I.e Prince Pratap  in Thanjavur Pagdi.

Posted by Prince Pratap Sinh Serfoji RajeBhosle 👇👇 Today Chennai based numismatist, Venkataraman Prabhakar sir gifted me a portrait of my ancestor, King Serfoji III drawn and painted by my Grandfather, Prince.Tulajendra Rajah Bhosle. He got this portrait ten years back from an antique retailer. My grandfather was a lover of Tanjore art and he himself worked on many royal portraits. He did portraits of all the Maratha rulers of Thanjavur and some are still displayed at Sadar Mahal Palace's private museum.He signed all his completed portraits as T.R Bhosle (that means Tulajendra Rajah Bhosle).In this portrait he had mentioned the name of the King and the  year of his reign, my grandfather's signature is seen  and in extreme right, the relationship of him with the king (stated as grandfather).
