World Book Day is a celebration! It’s a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and (most importantly) it’s a celebration of reading. In fact, it’s the biggest celebration of its kind, designated by UNESCO as a worldwide celebration of books and reading, and marked in over 100 countries all over the world.

World Book Day is held every year to celebrate and promote the enjoyment of books and reading.

To promote world book day in our surroundings and society we should  take initiatives to spread about its awareness and cause. It is a day for authors, writers, bloggers, readers and book lovers/enthusiasts.We would like to request  authors, writers etc to take initiative or creative  measures to promote and encourage  'World Book day' in your society/surroundings, which comes once in a year.
